The Havis (Tailwind) FlexiPole Wall Mount has been designed so that it can be mounted outside as well as inside the drive-thru window area.
If the handle is placed in the wall mount and tethered, the unit can remain outside, untouched.
Should cardholders choose to pay with contactless, they would simply hold their card/watch/phone to the PIN Pad to perform the transaction.
If a customer requires a chip and PIN transaction, the merchant can easily lift the handle out of the cradle and present it to the cardholder.
