Secure Retail Notification – Miura M010 (PCI 3) End of Support & Service

Miura Systems Ltd have now issued an end of support notification for PCI 3 M010 Repairs.

Any customers wishing to have repair work carried out on their PCI 3 M010 devices, must ensure that devices are received under RMR by Secure Retail by 30 April 2022. Unfortunately, any devices received after this date will be unable to be repaired and returned to the customer.

If customers wish to raise an RMR for any faulty PCI 3 M010’s, please contact customerservices@secure-retail.com for a return to be raised.

The Team here at Secure Retail is ready to support and assist you with your transition to PCI 4 and PCI 5 devices.
