Secure Retail is Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus Accredited – Third Consecutive Year

Secure Retail is an established provider of secure and bespoke omnichannel payment solutions, delivering vendor-agnostic payment gateways, hardware, software solutions and associated managed services.
With over 500,000 payment devices deployed and managed from our premises in Coalville, Leicestershire, we provide payment solutions to suit the requirements of tier 1 clients all the way through to tier 4 SME’s across the retail, hospitality, leisure, infrastructure and transportation sectors.
We have an ethos of enhanced security in every process that we do as a company and always strive to go over and above what is expected from us by our customers and partners. To enable us to demonstrate this commitment further, in January 2023 we achieved Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation for the third year running, having again obtained Cyber Essentials (self-assessment) in October 2022.
Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus is an official UK wide government-backed certification that provides businesses with the tools they need to protect their data, networks, and digital assets from cyber attack. The scheme was developed to provide a cyber security standard for businesses in the UK and validates that businesses are taking all the necessary steps to protect themselves from such attacks including phishing, malware, ransomware, password compromise and network attacks.
As a payments solutions provider, implementing strong security measures, regularly updating our systems, software and working with trusted partners and suppliers is a core part of our infrastructure. CE and CE+ allows us to demonstrate this commitment to the protection of all our company’s data and assets from cyber attacks.
