In 2023 we celebrate our 20th year of delivering and supporting solutions to a plethora of companies and industries. During this time, we have established ourselves as a highly trusted and respected payment provider in the UK and across Europe.
Building on the foundations of Carl Barton (Founder) and Ken Grubb (Retired Director and General Manager), alongside the combined knowledge of our highly experienced team, Secure Retail offer and fully support the most innovative, fastest, reliable, and above all, secure attended and unattended payment solutions available.
The relationships that we have built with our chosen partners over the last two decades, puts us in a unique position to tailor our payment solutions to meet the individual needs of our customers.
Included in our broad portfolio are the very latest omnichannel solutions from the leading payment gateway and hardware providers, including SmartPOS, digital payments, and more recently, SoftPOS.
Over the last twenty years we have seen many incredible developments in technology, increasing at a rapid rate over recent years, with the significant shift away from cash to card and digital payment developments. As we continue to evolve and adapt with the technology, our valued customers and partners will continue to be central to our success.
